The Cadillac News is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Circulation Specialist & Customer Service Support. This full-time position is ideal for someone looking to grow within a dynamic, locally owned media company.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Handling inbound and outbound calls with new and existing customers
Retaining subscribers by promoting our subscription products
Answering and routing incoming calls
Assisting customers with classified advertising
Processing payments for circulation and advertising
Providing exceptional customer service and support

What We’re Looking For:

Strong phone and communication skills (including cold calling)
Typing proficiency and comfort using multiple software systems
Excellent multitasking, organization, and customer service abilities
Positive, team-oriented attitude
