Go to Gmail Settings: Log in to your Gmail account and click on the gear icon in the top right corner. Then, select "See all settings".
Navigate to Filters and Blocked Addresses: In the settings menu, click on the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab.
Create a New Filter: Click on the "Create a new filter" button.
Specify the Sender: In the "From" field, enter the email address: nm_cadillacnews@newsmemory.com
Create the Filter: Click the "Create filter" button.
Never Send to Spam: Check the box next to "Never send it to Spam".
Finalize the Filter: Click the "Create filter" button again to save your new filter.
Method 1: Create a Rule (Recommended)
This method creates a specific rule to always deliver mail from the desired sender to your Inbox.
Log in: to iCloud.com and open your Mail.
Click the gear icon (settings) in the lower-left corner and select Rules.
Click Add a Rule.
Give the rule a name, such as "Whitelist".
Under the "If a message" section, select is from and enter the email address of nm_cadillacnews@newsmemory.com
Under the "Then" section, select Move to and choose Inbox from the dropdown menu.
Click Add or Done to save the rule.
Method 2: Add to Contacts
Adding the sender to your contacts makes it less likely their messages will be filtered as junk.
Go to Contacts on iCloud.com.
Click the Add (+) button in the sidebar to create a new contact.
Enter the email address: nm_cadillacnews@newsmemory.com and other information.
Click Done to save the contact.
Method 3: Add as a VIP
Marking a sender as a VIP in iCloud Mail also helps ensure their emails are not sent to Junk.
Log in to iCloud Mail.
Open an email from nm_cadillacnews@newsmemory.com
Click on the sender's email address at the top of the email.
A dropdown menu will appear; select Add to VIPs.
Important Notes:
If you find an email from a legitimate sender in your Junk folder, select it and click Not Junk or drag it to your Inbox to help train the filter.
There is no universal "whitelist" or "Safe Sender" function, but the methods above are the most effective ways to handle unwanted emails in iCloud.
Log into your Yahoo web-mail page.
Select Settings icon
Select More Settings
Select Filters
Click on Add new filters to enter information about the domain name or sender.
From here, you can enter any string of text you want to whitelist in future emails. This could be anything from an email address or domain name to something you expect to be in the body of the message. – We recommend the email address: nm_cadillacnews@newsmemory.com
Fill in the rest of the details and save the filter.
Open your Safe Senders settings.
- Click Safe senders and domains
- Click Add safe sender,
- Enter the email address nm_cadillacnews@newsmemory.com
- Click OK.
- Click Save.
