Once you have completed the registration process, an email will be sent so you can create your password and login. If you are having any problems receiving your confirmation email, please check to make sure the correct email address was entered and/or check your spam folder. Once registered, and logged in, you can bid, bid, bid!

You have to be 18 years or older to participate and must register BEFORE you can bid.  Please note this is not open to people outside of the United States due to international laws.

Listed within this site are the items with short descriptions and any restrictions, limitations or other factors pertaining to the items up for auction. For more details about the products or to view them in person, PLEASE stop by or call the business where each item can be found during regular business hours, prior to auction close times on Saturday.

Online Bidding begins Wednesday, March 5th at 6:00PM.

Auction blocks close at various times throughout the morning on Saturday and are determined by the time shown online & in the print Auction program. The first time block closes at 9:00AM and the final block closes at 11:00AM.

Remember: Place a bid only if you really intend to buy the item. Once you have placed a bid, it is a binding contract.

The Cadillac News will NOT reproduce vouchers that are lost, stolen or misplaced. We serve as a 3rd party in the exchange and are NOT responsible to the purchaser for any goods or services rendered. The business offering the product, service or gift certificate is solely responsible to the purchaser for the item.

The Cadillac News, its employees, or other agents and representatives shall assume no liability for faulty merchandise, inability or unwillingness to supply the product, service or gift certificate value to the purchaser.

Bidding starts at 30% of the item’s value in most cases, however beginning bids on certain higher ticket items may be based on a minimum reserve amount. Check the minimum bid listed on each item. Increases are based on the total retail value:

Item value = $100-$249, Bid in $2 increments
Item value = $250-$499, Bid in $5 increments
Item value = $500-$1,499, Bid in $10 increments
Item value = $1500-$3,999, Bid in $25 increments
Item value = $4,000+, Bid in $100 increments

All Winners have one week to pay for and pick up their merchandise vouchers at the Cadillac News (by 4:00 PM, Friday, March 14th) to redeem their items at participating merchants.

• PAYMENT:

Successful bidders may pay for their item(s) in three convenient ways:

1. Pay Online using your Visa, Mastercard or Discover. Upon approval of your card, your merchandise voucher(s) will be mailed promptly to the address you specify, unless otherwise requested. 
2. Visit the Cadillac News at 130 N. Mitchell St. in Downtown Cadillac between 9AM and 5PM – Monday thru Friday. You may pay Cash or use your Visa, Mastercard or Discover.  Upon approval of your payment, you will receive a voucher redeemable at the merchant(s) for your item(s).
3. CALL our office at (231) 775-6565 using your Discover, Mastercard or Visa. Upon approval of your card, your merchandise voucher(s) will be mailed promptly to the address you specify.

The Cadillac News is NOT liable for and/or will NOT reproduce merchandise voucher(s) that are lost, stolen or misplaced.

*The winning bidder is responsible for sales tax and/or other fees involved with obtaining any of the items purchased and must be paid to the business providing the auction item.
